A friend told me his story of overcoming a problem by properly visualizing the solution. And in today’s Bible study for the 2nd Sunday of Advent, the Gospel writer talks about John the Baptist “crying out” in the Jordan River area. The passage cites a prophetic text with many metaphors that can be visualized to help people understand the meaning.

Do you often visualize things before you act? Does visualizing some potential outcomes help you solve problems? Share your story in the Substack Comments. I want to know what you think of this and any other of today’s topics that resonate with you.
