The title comes from the Omelet Station, where we look at the courage that went into preparing for the first Christmas, from the standpoint of Jesus’ foster father, Joseph. One correction: I said “Old Testament” when I meant “New Testament” at around 23:38. Whoops! That’s what happens when you record as if it’s a live broadcast; sometimes, you get a boo-boo!
