Official racism disguised as the opposite of racism has been a rampant problem in the U.S. federal government since shortly after the 1964 Civil Rights Act. Two articles demonstrate how it happened, in employment and education.
At the same time, a tweet thread shows why no one should be surprised if the Trump Administration uses this same discrimination-laden bureaucracy for its own purposes.
