Whether or not the gold in Fort Know was stolen from the vault, it was previously stolen from its rightful owners. It’s only one of the reasons to despise the financialization of the economy.
Later in the Omelet Station, some of the things that stunt our growth can appear to be good things: following an “expert,” doing what a teacher tells you, trying to help. But they hide a rotten process.
